Division Coordinators Contact Information

Division Coordinators are here to help!
Division Coordinators are an important intermediary between Coaches and Parents and the Little League Board.  League rules, schedules and special events will be communicated from the Division Coordinators to the coaching staffs of each team.  The Managers will in turn pass that information along to the parents and players.

Communication flows both ways if a Manager or Coach has an issue that can not be resolved on the field they should contact their Division Coordinator for resolution.  If necessary the Coordinator can elevate an issue to the board for final resolution. 

Parents who have an issue within their division or with their teams manager or coach should first address any issue directly with their team's manager.  If a suitable resolution cannot be achieved, then parents should contact their Division Coordinator to mediate the situation.  In extreme cases the Coordinator may choose to elevate the issue to the Little League Board for final resolution.

Division Coordinators are also responsible for filing incident reports, with the board, for infractions of League rules.   In the event that parents or coaches are required to appear before the board for disciplinary review, your Division Coordinator will appear with you before the board during this procedure.
