Identify Your Team Photo!

Each Team will have a page in the yearbook with their Team Photo that was taken by the Sports Section, their sponsor info and team.  Please identify your players from that photo and keeping the following in mind:

• The line up you submit will be forwarded to the printers for the yearbook. Please confirm spelling,... what you type is getting copied and pasted into the yearbook.

• Please state what team and division you are identifying.

• Please type your lineup in Microsft Word or Works and send to CCRage2005@aol.com as an attachment.

• Please place line up in this fashion …

Front Row: Left to Right: first last name, first last name, Asst Coach-,

Middle Row: Left to Right: first last name, first last name, Team mom-,

Front row: Left to Right: First last name, first last name, Manager-, 

Missing-

If you do not have a Team photo from the Sports section contact another parent to get this information.
 

Submit your Team page!

In addition to the team page above each team will have the opportunity to create their own personal team page to be included in the yearbook.  Remember this is in addition to the team page the League is creating so please don't place the sports section team photo on this page since the league will already be using that on the page they create for your team. 

Ideas for this page include, action photo's, team candid photo's, a letter from the coach to the team, encouraging words from the parents or a combination of the above.  This is optional and teams are not required to submit this personal team page, but it would make the yearbook even more memorable for your team. 

All pages must be submitted to the league no later than May 13, 2010 to be included in the Yearbook.  Team page submissions should follow the following guidelines.

• Electronic versions of your team page are preferred.  We can except the following formats for the yearbook, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop, Scrapbook Factory, Microsoft Word.  Please e-mail to confirm any additional photo software at CCrage2005@aol.com

• Hard copy submissions should be submitted to Jean Dingus or Jim Dingus on or before May 13th. 

• Hard copy versions can be scanned and and send to the league at CCrage2005@aol.com please make sure photo resolution is high enough to to show not be blurry on a 8X10  page.  Scanned items should be done at 300 dpi (dots per inch) or higher.

• Please remember to leave at least a 3/4 inch border on either side of the page to account for the book binding.

for each player on your team's roster.
