Year End Picnic

2008 Picnic & Trophy Ceremonies
Saturday May 31st, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Come help the League close out the 2008 season with a day of food, fun and sun, at beautiful Sable Pines Park in Coconut Creek.

All registered players will be recognized and receive a trophy. Their will be rides, bounce houses and a rock climbing wall for the Kids. Players should wear their Jersey and cap for the trophy ceremonies.

Food will be provided by the league for all players and volunteers. Parents and other guests can purchase food & Drink wristbands for $5 each if purchased in advance. Each Meal includes a hot dog & hamburger, chips, baked beans & salad, 1 dessert and unlimited drinks (iced tea, lemonade, water and fruit punch.) Please contact your team mom if you are interested in purchasing a food wristband for the picnic. Wristbands also entitle wearer to unlimited use of rides. Event wristbands will be $7.00 the day of the picnic.

In addition each team will be responsible for bringing either two bags of Ice or a case of water. There will be a tent made available for water and ice drop off. All players, volunteers and guests will have free access to water to remain hydrated throughout the day. Teams are also encouraged to bring side dishes and deserts to share among their team. Odd number teams are responsible to bring one case of water, even number teams will be responsible to bring two bags of Ice,

Tents, Tables and Chairs will be available but space may be limited, if you have your own you are encouraged to bring it.

2008 Fall T.A.D Season Registration

Coconut Creek Little League will begin accepting registration for it's Fall Training and Development (TAD) at the Year End Picnic. The Fall program will begin in September. This second season is a great opportunity for the child who loves baseball to continue playing during the year. The emphasis will be on skill development not competition and will be a great benefit to the player who needs a little more experience before stepping up to the next level.
