Registration info Registration:
Coconut Creek Little League
Baseball New applicants should mail the registration form
and fee as well as copies of their Birth Certificate and proof of
residency to the address above. Registration forms should be received by
January 1, 2008 Regular Season applicants
must meet all the following requirements:

Residency: 1. Drivers license. 2. Voter's Registration. 3. School Records. 4. Welfare Records. 5. Federal, State and Local Records. 6. Support payment records. 7. Homeowner or tenant property insurance records. 8. Utility Bills. |

Non-Residents Sports Cards
all non-Coconut Creek
residents Will be required to purchase a City Sports card. The $60 fee is payable to the City of Coconut Creek
and covers your entire family until September 30, 2005 for any city sports
programs they participate in (note this card is in addition to any League
registration fees.). The card will need to be renewed on a yearly basis
after that date. Purchase of the City Sports Card does not waive
residency requirements above. New players must still reside within
the league's boundaries.
City Sports Cards will be available to purchase at registration and may also be purchased from 10:00 am -6:00 pm, Monday - Friday at the Coconut Creek Recreation Center, Sabal Pines Park Administration building and the Rowe Community Center.
Online Registration:

Online registration will begin on November 1, 2007 and run through February 10th.
Our eteamz.com site will allow you to fill out all forms online and pay your 2008
registration fees using a credit card.
(additional fees for online registration. $7.18 per applicant)
Important Online Registration
Reminder!
Players registering online must meet all of the requirements
above to complete their registration. New applicants must submit
proof of age and residency. Online registrants who are new to the
league will need to submit a copy of your Child's Birth
Certificate and two copies of Proof of residency documents. These
documents should be mailed to the address below.

Registration will not be considered completed until all documents are submitted to the League.
Those who indicated on their online application that they would like to Volunteer for the position of Manager, Asst. Coach, Team mom our umpire will need to submit to Background checks if they have not done so with a city sports organization within the last two years.
