Registration

After a great 2010 season, Coconut Creek Little League is proud to offer a Fall Ball Season for those players that want to stay sharp. Fall Ball will be a full-fledged baseball season with an emphasis on skill development and fundamentals.

- Registration is currently suspended... please contact joe21@aol.com to be placed on a waiting list.

- Fall Ball is open to players who will be LEAGUE AGE 8 through 12 for the 2011 season. See the chart below to check your league age

- Home games will be played in Coconut Creek, away games may require travel to nearby cities.

The Fall Ball season is in need of volunteer coaches. If you’d like to volunteer or if you have questions, contact Joe Porcelli at joe21@aol.com. Thanks!

Regular Season applicants must meet all the following requirements:

° Registration is for Coconut Creek and Margate Residents ONLY.
(Margate residents must reside north of C-14 Canal)

° If registering for the First Time, you must supply a COPY of your Child's birth certificate and two copies of proof of residency.

Valid Documentation for Proof of Residency:
1. Drivers license.
2. Voter's Registration.
3. School Records.
4. Welfare Records.
5. Federal, State and Local Records.
6. Support payment records.
7. Homeowner or tenant property insurance records.
8. Utility Bills.

° Non-Residents Sports Cards
all non-Coconut Creek residents Will be required to purchase a City Sports card. The $60 fee is payable to the City of Coconut Creek and covers your entire family for any city sports programs they participate in for the year (note this card is in addition to any League registration fees.). The card will need to be renewed on a yearly basis after that date.

City Sports Cards will be available to purchase at registration and may also be purchased from 10:00 am -6:00 pm, Monday - Friday at the Coconut Creek Recreation Center, Sabal Pines Park Administration building and the Rowe Community Center.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:
Coconut Creek Little League will again make Online registration available for the 2005 Season. You will be able to register online at our eteamz.com site from October 1, 2009 through December 15, 2009. The site will allow you to fill out all forms online and pay your 2010 registration fees using a credit card.

You will be charged processing Fees by active.com to use Online Registration, these processing fees are in addition to the registration fee stated above and will not be refunded if your child withdraws from the league.

Important Online Registration Reminder!

Players registering online must meet all of the requirements above to complete their registration. New applicants must submit proof of age and residency. Online registrants who are new to the league will need to submit a copy of your Child's Birth Certificate and two copies of Proof of residency documents. These documents should be mailed to the address below.

Registration will not be considered completed until all documents are submitted to the League.

Those who indicated on their online application that they would like to Volunteer for the position of Manager, Asst. Coach, Team mom our umpire will need to submit to Background checks if they have not done so with a city sports organization within the last two years.

Interested applicants must also download and complete a copy of our

and forward it to the league if they wish to be considered for one of these positions.
